Shipping policy

Attention U.S. Customers

Please note that the United States government has recently imposed tariffs on Canadian imports, in addition to any standard duties and taxes.

These charges are payable to the U.S. government by the purchaser and are typically collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. The amount is based on the price paid for the goods.
Before placing your order, please ensure you understand these potential charges to avoid unexpected fees upon delivery.

Shipping Within Canada

Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Shipping Carriers:
While shipping quotes are automatically generated via Canada Post, we may also use UPS, Canpar, FedEx, or Purolator to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
If you prefer that we avoid a specific carrier, please note it during checkout.

Signature Required:
All shipments require a signature upon delivery for your security.

Billing Address

To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, please make sure that the billing address entered exactly matches the registered address of the card used for payment, as well as the address your order is being shipped to.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the billing information does not match the address on file with your card issuer, or if the billing address does not match the shipping address.

This policy helps us prevent payment delays and protect customers against unauthorized card use.

Free Shipping Offer

  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over $150 before taxes.

  • Excludes: Oversized items (see below) and remote areas, including BC, NL, YT, and NWT.

Flat Rate Shipping for Rods

  • $40 flat rate applies to all fishing rods and rod/reel combos shipped within Canada.

  • One piece rods 8 ft or longer are considered oversized and do not qualify for flat-rate shipping.

Special Shipping Notes

P.O. Boxes & Remote Areas:

  • Couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes — please provide a physical address.

  • Remote regions (e.g., Northern Ontario) may require additional shipping fees or be subject to cancellation. Please call us for a quote.

Trolling Motors & Downriggers:

  • Shipping rates vary based on product dimensions and destination.

  • Prices are subject to change; you will be notified before your order is shipped.

Ice Fishing Sleds:

  • Not available for standard online checkout due to variable shipping costs.

  • Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and to place your order.

Augers:

  • Excluded from flat-rate shipping.

  • Shipping rates vary based on dimensions and destination.

  • Prices are subject to change.

Fishing Rods (General Note):

  • Some rods may incur extra shipping charges due to carrier “extra care” or handling fees.

  • We reserve the right to re-quote shipping charges; we’ll always contact you for confirmation before processing your order.

U.S. & International Shipping

Shipping Rates:
International shipping costs are based on package dimensions, destination, and delivery timeframe.

Duties & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.
We are unable to estimate these costs, but your local customs office can provide information for your country.

If a shipment is refused at delivery, any associated customs and duty charges will be billed to you by Natural Sports.
Once a package has entered your country, these charges are non-refundable — regardless of delivery status.
Products may be returned only if they meet our standard return policy conditions.

Important Notice

Online shipping quotes are estimates only. In rare cases, adjustments may be necessary due to:

  • Oversized or irregular packaging requirements

  • Remote destinations

  • Carrier surcharges or service limitations

If any changes are required, we will contact you prior to shipping for approval.
