In-Store Pickup Policy

Pickup Availability:
All in-store pickup orders will be available during our regular store hours. Natural Sports will process and prepare orders within the same business day of receiving the order. If you are picking your order up shortly after placing it, please call ahead to confirm it is ready for pickup.

Picking Up Your Order:
The person who placed the order must be the one to pick it up. When picking up your order, please bring the following to complete the transaction:

  • A valid photo ID (matching the name on the order)
  • The payment card used to place the order
  • The confirmation email you received when you placed the order

If Someone Else is Picking Up Your Order:
If you are sending someone else in to pick up your order, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. You can reach us by calling 519-749-1620 or emailing mail@naturalsports.ca.
