In-Store Pickup Policy

Pickup Availability:
All in-store pickup orders will be available during our regular store hours. Natural Sports will process and prepare orders within 4 hours of receiving the order. If you are picking your order up shortly after placing it, please call ahead to confirm it is ready for pickup.

Picking Up Your Order:
The person who placed the order must be the one to pick it up. When picking up your order, please bring the following to complete the transaction:

• A valid photo ID (matching the name on the order)
• The payment card used to place the order
• The confirmation email you received when you placed the order

If Someone Else is Picking Up Your Order:
If you are sending someone else in to pick up your order, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. You can reach us by calling 519-749-1620 or emailing mail@naturalsports.ca.
