These Stan-Mar leaders are composed of a large number of very thin tungsten threads, carefully twined and perfectly finished. Swivel and snap are fully integrated into the leader. Due to their small diameter, tungsten leaders are also less visible to the fish.
Furthermore, tungsten leaders do not kink or deform. And should this happen, the kinks are easily removed by briefly heating the leader, for example with a lighter. The leader will then spring back into shape. The material suffers no ill effects! Tungsten leaders are ideal for pike, musky, walleye and all sorts of other fish with sharp teeth!
